CoverHeat

My first crusade is against CoverHeat.

In these times when money is tight we have to fore go many luxuries but when it comes to hot water and heating it is something that you can't do without.

Many of us pay fees to insure that if our boiler breaks down we can ring the so-called professionals to help.

CoverHeat claims to be "UK's most dedicated boiler and central heating insurance cover service provider, offering total peace of mind to home and business users".

A quick search of the Internet will find the opposite.

My experience is that I handed over £39.95 a quarter but when I needed to call on these so called experts no one answered the phone at CoverHeat or replied to emails.

I can cancel my direct debit and have lost around £80. This may not seem like a lot but multiply that by all the other customers who have been messed around by CoverHeat?

My story is nothing compared to other customers who have been without heating and water sometimes for weeks because of the lack of professionalism of this West Sussex based company.

Now CoverHeat is being investigated by West Sussex Trading Standards and it hopes to proceed with court action in the coming weeks, but why should the director of this company Clive Solly get away with ripping off law abiding members of the public?

Do you know Clive Solly or are you a disaffected employee of CoverHeat?

I am keen to hear from other people who have had a similar experience and want to join the crusade against CoverHeat. Don't let them get away with it.
